Health Without Borders:
A 21st Century Vision for WHO

In critical moments for humanity, health has remained one of the few truly universal aspirations. More today than ever, health is a bridge to peace, a common ground, a source of shared security, a way to give globalization a human face. The WHO should mobilize international action and provide technical support to meet the health needs of all its member states, especially of the most vulnerable. This was the vision in its inception and must be its vision today.
